1. Returns
Return Conditions
1. The original tag that the garment came with is not removed. 
2. The garment is returned in its original packaging.
3. The garment is clean and unworn.
Steps to Take
1. Send us an email to info@kafemme.com within 5 days after item reception.
2. Ship the garment in its original packing to the return address within 14 days after garment reception. We do not provide return labels.  Note! The parcel must have a tracking number
3. Send us a photo of the check and a tracking number. 
4. If the garment is in its original condition, and the security strip is not removed, you are fully refunded within 14 business days.  If the product tag is removed and/or the garment is not in its original condition, we will ship the product back to your address. 

Customised garments (colour switch, lace colour switch, sizes above 2XL, customised size option, sale and outlet items) are not eligible for returns. 

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested over 12 hours after the purchase are not accepted.

Exchanges are accepted. 

Free Exchanges Policy for the USA Customers

Steps to Take

1. Send us an email to info@kafemme.com within 5 days after item reception. Please include all details regarding your exchange.
2. Receive a return shipping label.                                                                        3. Ship the garment in its original packing to the return address within 14 days after garment reception.                                                               

4. Once your item is received, it is inspected. If the garment is in its original condition, and the tag is not removed, we will send you the exchange product after the new shipping fee is paid via your selected payment method. If the product tag is removed and/or the garment is not in its original condition, we will ship the product back to your address.

3. Exchanges Policy for the Rest of The World

Exchanges are accepted.

Your parcel will be shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is confirmed. We take this time to make the garments from scratch, just for you.
